Legends Cross-Fit Classes
We are proud to be partnered with Crossfit Firefly and put on our Legends Cross-Fit classes. These classes are specifically designed to incorporate all aspects of fitness for the aging adult (55+) and to promote a healthy lifestyle. We believe that the aging process does not have to be a persistent decline and we are excited to work with you to break the negative stereotypes associated with aging to show that instead of getting weaker, slower, and fragile, you can become stronger, faster, and resilient! You will be coached by physical therapist William Binns, that will push you into new levels of fitness and function. Our Cross-Fit classes will incorporate strength training, functional lifting patterns, mobility, balance exercises, and cardiovascular exercise.

We are excited to announce our new fitness and mobility classes designed by our therapists at Mendocino Physical Therapy! Each class will have its own specific focus on certain areas of need
Classes include:
Therapeutic Stretching and Mobility (Tuesdays)
What is it? Therapeutic Stretching and Mobility are controlled movements and gentle stretches to improve joint range of motion, reduce stiffness, relieve tension, and support healthier, pain-free movement.
Balance and Core Training (Thursdays)
What is it? Balance and core training focuses on improving stability, posture, and control by strengthening the muscles of the abdomen, back, and hips while challenging the body’s ability to maintain equilibrium during static and dynamic movements. This type of training helps enhance coordination, prevent falls, and support safe, efficient movement in daily activities.
Functional Fitness (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
What is Functional Fitness? Functional fitness is a style of training that strengthens your body for everyday movements—like lifting, bending, pushing, and carrying—through exercises that mimic real-life activities.
